Frank writes, stars as Moodsy the Clinically Depressed Owl, and co-produces Cartoon Dump, a literal dumping ground for the worst cartoons ever. Well worth a watch. That and some Little Boy Blue will help fill the void of IS.

I liked it, even if I feel like maybe I’ve seen this sort of thing a lot. (Well, not the cartoons, but certainly the kid’s playhouse characters with adult problems and inappropriate behaviors.) I think the cartoon would have been funnier with some riffs, or the laugh track I’m sure it generates at the live shows. But, overall, I enjoyed it.
